Our biographies.
Boris Foxman, CEO and President
Boris Foxman holds extensive experience in the areas of financial and business planning. After 10 years of working as an accountant and a comptroller, he embarked on a new path of building his own financial planning practice. Over the past 15 years, his reputation and undying thirst for extending boundaries has guided the growth of NBAC from a small tax practice to a unique business consulting and data processing firm that services thousands of clients worldwide.
He graduated from Tomsk Polytechnical University and the College for Financial Planning. Currently, he holds the designation of Registered Financial Consultant and is a member of the Financial Planning Association, as well as the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.
In addition to professional commitment, he is also the Founder of the Russian Art Project, the Board Chairman of The American Association for Russian Language, Culture and Education, and a Board Member of the Gaithersburg Multicultural Affairs Committee. Even with the myriad of engagements, making time for family still remains a high priority. The most cherished pastimes are skiing, playing racquetball and tennis.
Natalie Berman, Vice President, Consulting and Product Development
Natalie Berman has been practicing accounting and tax for over 25 years. Most of her hands-on experience derives from public practice working with variety of business and individual clients with domestic and international background. Taxation of foreign nationals working in the U.S. for nonprofit and for-profit organizations, such as entrepreneurs, doctors, scientists, athletes, students etc. has always been primary focus of Natalie¡¯s professional practice.
She graduated from the University of Maryland University College and is registered as a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Maryland and the State of Virginia . She is also a member of the National Society of Accountants and a Tau Chapter alumnus of Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society of UMUC. Her passion for numbers is only a fragment, however, as it must share the space in her heart for her three wonderful children and one disobedient turtle.
