Services

CustomPay payroll services can be designed in a variety of ways. We do not offer one solution for everyone. Our payroll clients are companies with 1 to 500 employees and have different needs and requirements. Our business is to recognize the difference.
Smaller companies enjoy simple way of communication, personalized attention, flexibility, affordable direct deposit, internet access, Section 125 plans (POP), signed and stuffed paychecks and much more.
Larger companies are capable of processing payroll at remote locations using the PC Connect software or Excel spreadsheets, have multiple users for interfaced HR and Time & Attendance systems and utilize internet for submission of data and retrieving payroll reports. For clients switching their payroll provider in the middle of the year, CustomPay reconciles payroll records to generate consolidated W-2s at year-end. Companies recruiting foreign national employees find assistance with administration of their payroll. There are many other services that are offered to CustomPay clients when needed.


How to participate

There is only one condition for participation in the CustomPay's plan - one has to be an accountant, an individual who is actively engaged in the business of providing accounting services to clients or employers on a routine basis, including without limitation staff accountants, financial officers retained by particular companies, as well as independent accountants servicing multiple clients.
