You choose how often to pay to employees (weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly or other frequency) - and we'll do the rest!
Every pay period CustomPay will prepare and print:
Payroll checks
Employee earnings statement ( "pay stub")

Department or location summary
Transfer of funds from your corporate account(s) to pay for all federal and state taxes

Calculation of payroll taxes
CustomPay will calculate the amount of federal/state/local taxes to withhold.
CustomPay will also generate the appropriate year-end paperwork for each employee (such as a 1042S).
Consultation on eligibility for typical employee benefits
CustomPay will advise you and the employee on how to coordinate US and non-US employee benefits. For example, a Canadian worker in the US who participates in a 401k plan will have his maximum contribution amount to his Canadian retirement savings plan automatically reduced.
